B-invented is an engineering firm that differs from others. It is our aim to optimise your building project journey. We want to make this process as direct as is possible, reducing the size of any obstacle as far as possible. This means that we quickly discover any bottlenecks and rapidly resolve them. This is why we tailor our designs and calculations to meet your wishes as our client from the beginning as well as the characteristics of the other parties involved in the build. As we have brought the knowledge of the craftspeople together in advance, we are able to optimise the entire building process. This ensures that the realisation runs smoothly, without concerns and with complete budget control.
A match?
We are not the cheapest to begin with, but that’s foor a good reason. We try to coordinate lots of manners before actual building starts. That takes time. But this allows us to guarantee a smart & efficient construction and smooth running realisation. This is where we save money. However, clients do not choose us because we offer the lowest price but because of our process-based approach to building and our motivation and ability to get the most out of ourselves and the build. Do you know what we would rather not talk about? That we get the maximum out of BIM. That we are even ‘optimum BIM’, because we harmonise everything with everyone. That’s just in our nature. We don’t discuss sustainability. Because how can you make anything these days and not think about the implications for sustainability? And we don’t talk about terms like ‘lean’ and ‘integral’. Because how can you build efficiently without functioning ‘lean’ and ‘integrally’?
