Clear distinction
In an urban location, residences needed to be combined with a commercial base. Parking also needed to find an invisible place within this plan. Furthermore, greenery was important for both residents and neighbors. The surroundings consist of buildings with significant height differences, requiring the building to respond to multiple elevations. The quality of living is also crucial. Given the location on a busy road, the residences will be situated inward.
Organic openings
The residences are concealed behind the organic openings in the building. These openings serve as the only connection to the surroundings.
The real life of the residents unfolds on the inside of the building. Here, a large inner garden is found for all residents to enjoy. Additionally, each residence has its own terrace.
