As Sustainable as Possible
NorthC ensures that its data centers are as sustainable as possible and operate using 100% green electricity. The residual heat generated in the data center is used, among other things, to heat a daycare center, a potted plant exporter, and a swimming pool.
Expansion
The project is an extension of the existing building. As a result, the construction site is quite tight, which requires careful planning of deliveries to prevent the site from becoming overcrowded. Since the extension is built against the existing structure, involves heavy reinforcement, and includes many height variations, the details are complex. This required a lot of attention to ensure that execution on site would be as straightforward as possible.
