Harmony Hill
Housing concept
Commercial landscape
This project enables the realization of commercial spaces and ground-bound houses in the same location. By adding a landscape, the commercial spaces and associated parking areas can be placed underneath this landscape.
In this way, a landscape is created on top of the commercial spaces, allowing for the addition of abundant greenery. The houses subsequently positioned here will be ground-bound, each with its own garden.
Integration with surroundings
The landscape moves in harmony with its surroundings. Where the buildings demand it, the landscape will dip down. This enables a seamless integration with the surroundings and the surrounding buildings.
At the edges of the landscape, various houses have been added that have both a connection with the landscape and the street. The houses are accessible from street level, but the garden is situated atop the landscape.
Apartments
An apartment complex has been added at the corner of the landscape. This provides additional housing and fits well with the busy intersection. The apartments have terraces on both the street side and the landscape side.
